1.  Identify

We help you identify opportunities in your network and provide you with all the marketing material you need.

2.  Refer

Make an introduction to a potential client by email or a call.  We take it from there.

3.  Earn

If your contact becomes a client, receive recurring commissions during the first 12 months of the services agreement we close.

A 5% Commission

of Net Proceeds

You earn a minimum 5% of Net Proceeds for every successful referral during the first 12 months of the referred contract. 


The agreement is simple: Non-binding and no minimum commitments.

Is there a cost to join?

No, it is completely free to join and participate in our referral program


Is there a minimum number of referrals in order to participate?

No.  The agreement is non-binding and there are no minimum commitments. 


How will I get paid?

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid quarterly with receipt of payment from client using the agreed payment method.


What kind of opportunities can I refer?

We are open to having a conversation with anyone in your network who could be a fit for our services.

Good referral opportunities are:

  • People or businesses that need support with hiring internal or billable talent
  • Companies that are struggling to fill IT-related positions
  • Businesses that require 1099 or contract software development professionals to augment their team or skills.

The only reason we will ever reject a referral is if they are already a client, we are in active conversations, or they are registered as a lead.

I would like to sign up, but I don't know opportunities/people to refer.

How do I track the referrals I make?

BizFirst will track and keep referral partners updated on the status of their referrals.

We also have a system to track the source of every new client to ensure they came in through a referral, and the referring party gets compensated.


What is your commission structure?

We offer a 5% commission during the entire first year of the services agreement.   More details.
