We have fewer layers than large firms and more capacity than independent recruiters. Your delivery lead can scale recruiting support from one recruiter to multiple recruiters based on urgency, high-volume hiring, or critical fills, while maintaining consistent quality.


Our fees are straightforward: 15 to 20 percent contingency for direct hire, or PartnerHire monthly retainers starting at $6,750 for one recruiter plus a dedicated delivery lead, with the ability to scale recruiters as needed.

Spotlight - Ian Bobbitt

Ian was promoted to lead BizFirst’s Client Delivery team, a core differentiator in the firm’s senior-led recruiting model. The team ensures client engagements are actively managed, transparent, and results-driven. Prior to his promotion, Ian served as a Client Delivery Lead, managing multiple engagements and earning a reputation for responsiveness and execution. He previously held strategic account management roles at Kinney Group and other technology firms. Ian earned a B.S. from Indiana University Bloomington with majors in Marketing, Professional Sales, and Entrepreneurship, and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
