We have fewer layers than large firms and more capacity than independent recruiters. Your delivery lead can scale recruiting support from one recruiter to multiple recruiters based on urgency, high-volume hiring, or critical fills, while maintaining consistent quality.
Our fees are straightforward: 15 to 20 percent contingency for direct hire, or PartnerHire monthly retainers starting at $6,750 for one recruiter plus a dedicated delivery lead, with the ability to scale recruiters as needed.
