What if the hire doesn't work out?

We provide a 90-day replacement guarantee. If they leave or are terminated within 90 days, we'll replace them at no additional fee. Our 94% retention rate means this rarely happens.

How is your fee structured?

15-20% of first-year salary, paid only when you hire. For a $100K role, that's $15K-$20K. No up-front costs, no retainer. You only pay when we deliver a successful placement. For high volume work, we can discuss flat placement fees.

How long does it typically take to fill a role?

First submissions within 5-7 business days. Time to hire depends on your interview process, candidate type, and skills specialization.

What if I'm working with other recruiters?

That's fine. We work on a contingent basis, so there's no exclusivity required. You only pay us if you hire our candidate. Most clients who try us end up working with us exclusively because of our quality and speed.
