Aligned to your priorities

As a retained partner, we focus on whatever matters most each week -- billable roles, internal hires, proposal staffing, or backfills. Your priorities drive the work.

Flexible scaling

Add capacity when hiring heats up, scale back when it cools. Month-to-month flexibility without the cost of carrying permanent headcount.

Methodology: This calculator compares three ways to cover the same hiring. In-house is the fully loaded annual cost of an internal recruiter (salary, benefits, payroll overhead, and tools). DirectHire is contingent placement priced at 15% of each hire's first-year salary. PartnerHire is a monthly retainer ($8,500 for one recruiting team, $16,000 for two) plus a $1,000 fee per placement. All figures are illustrative, based on the inputs you enter, and do not constitute a binding quote. The in-house figure excludes manager oversight, onboarding, time-to-productivity ramp, and hiring risk, which typically widen the gap in BizFirst's favor.
