The situation
A large security systems integrator with over $1 billion in revenue was looking for a recruiting partner that could operate as an extension of their internal team. BizFirst also delivered custom status reporting and conducted regular weekly planning sessions and quarterly business reviews to keep priorities aligned and hiring velocity on track.
The results
Within the first year, BizFirst delivered more than 40 placements across 20 line-of-business hiring managers, earning a number-two vendor ranking in the client's staffing scorecard. The team maintained a 47% fill rate with strong talent retention, meaning nearly half of all roles worked resulted in a successful hire, and those hires stayed.
The hit rate was equally telling. One in every three candidate submissions resulted in a placement, a 33% conversion rate that reflects the depth of screening and alignment BizFirst brings before a resume ever reaches a hiring manager. The client also granted BizFirst access to their internal applicant tracking system and building access, a level of trust typically reserved for internal staff rather than outside partners.
